Konnector® Training- Turn your existing Balanced Body reformer into a versatile exercise apparatus without losing traditional Pilates functionality or repertoire.

In this 2-day live training, you will learn how to maximize your learning and movement opportunities by adding the Konnector® to your Reformer repertoire. This course will qualify you to be a Certified Konnector® Instructor.

What is the Konnector®?

  • Konnector® enables full-body workouts by Konnecting arms and legs through a single rope system that will allow you to unlock the full potential of a reformer.
  • Created by Viktor Uygan, Konnector® takes Pilates to a dynamic new level with independent and simultaneous movement of arms and legs.
  • A single rope system engages the entire body (lift your legs, and you’ll feel it in your arms!), providing constant proprioceptive feedback and facilitating stronger core activation.
  • A simple locking mechanism returns Reformer to standard Pilates functionality.

Who is Viktor?

  • Half Greek, half Italian, born & raised in Turkey
  • Former professional dancer, Co-founder Konnect Pilates in Southern California
  • PMA certified, Balanced Body Master Instructor and teaches courses in Pilates, Anatomy in 3 Dimensions, BODHI, MOTR, CoreAlign, and the Konnector®
  • Specializes in the training of athletes and dancers and holds certifications with the Ki- Hara technique for resistance flexibility and strength training as well as the AmericanBallet Theater National Training Curriculum for young dancers
  • Presents workshops and trainings worldwide at Pilates on Tour events and with his innovative invention The Konnector® and Konnections format.
  • You can also see his classes on many Balanced Body DVDs along with Pilates Anytime and featured articles in Pilates Style Magazine.
