Looking for a Mat & reformer teacher for substitutions and ongoing classes for a private residential wellness center in Coconut Grove, Miami (not open to the general public – only to residents of the building). Current scheduling needs:
Substitution opportunities coming up in 2025 for MAT group classes:
THURS OCT 23: Pilates Mat Class 9-10 am
THURS NOV 6: Pilates Mat Class 9-10am
(Thursday Mat class is from 9-10 am however it can also be 9:15 or 9:30 start if the 9 am is not possible for you on those dates)
These are all-level classes for a demographic ranging from mid-40’s to mid 60’s. Classes are small: 4-8 students per class.
Ongoing need for REFORMER group classes:
Tuesday morning *Reformer* group class: 9am OR 10am (for now)
(Possibly earlier classes throughout the week once the residents return in Nov-May)
Reformer group classes are in a studio with 5 Balanced Body reformers. All instruction in the building (group or private) goes through the SPA booking payment and registration system. Parking is validated on site.
Requirements: Speak English fluently. Polestar graduates (nationally certified not necessary but an advantage), liability insurance, 1st Aid & CPR Certificate, reliable transportation to arrive 15-20 minutes prior to class start to park, set up and be ready to start teaching on time. Bilingual English Spanish not necessary but an advantage.
