The webinar sessions have been great because they help reiterate, catch, reinforce what we may have missed or need to be reinforced even after any training/certification. Also, if you don’t catch something during, you can watch the replay. I especially like the specialists & case studies, & higher level thinking even though I’m not on the Instructor level. … and I value my practitioner Instructor, Shelly Power who has helped me walk thru any question.

This is a must take course! Beth made sure that we were all engaged and the learning objectives were met through active ‘application of knowledge’ by working with one another. Her course provided valuable information and as a result, I feel more knowledgable and competent to make the proper accommodations within the Pilates repertoire to motivate this population and re-establish their confidence.

I have attended many continuing education workshops over the years. Beth’s course was one of the best. It was comprehensive, complete, challenging, concise and amazingly well-structured. Even though the amount of information was overwhelming, it never felt confusing or too much to handle. Beth wove seamlessly in and out of lecture, videos, movement and application to the Pilates vocabulary. Beth generously answered questions never making you feel like there was ever a “bad”question. This course is designed for the mid-level to advanced practitioners with information to last a career. She must have put 100’s of hours into a package for us as instructors that will continue to unveil itself with limitless information that will be safe and effective for our clients.
