Workshop Overview:
-
This 3-hour workshop, taught by Alexander Bohlander, delves into the critical connection between the body, mind, and brain in Pilates practice. While Pilates principles often address physical imbalances, weaknesses, and dysfunctions, this workshop expands the focus to the brain and mind.
-
As society faces rising stress levels and an aging population, the risk of brain dysfunction increases, even before a pathological diagnosis is evident. This session empowers Pilates teachers with tools and insights to help clients avoid risks associated with cognitive decline, fostering a balanced, healthy, and engaged brain.

-
Gain tools to integrate brain-focused techniques into your Pilates teaching
-
Understand how Pilates principles can support cognitive health and brain balance
-
Learn strategies to prevent brain dysfunction and keep the mind sharp
