Pilates Reformer Teacher Training
Start your career as a reformer instructor on the most widespread Pilates apparatus. Learn to teach group and individual classes as you master the reformer exercises. Learn to assess, analyze and teach the Pilates exercises to any body and understand the why behind creating custom exercise programs for your clients.

- Coursework: Live virtual sessions which include lectures and mentorship hours with your educator per module, checkoffs, online quizzes, homework. Teaching and exercise library included in coursework.
- Logbook Hours: Unlimited live virtual group classes through the Polestar Dadeland Virtual class portal for self-mastery and observation hours.**
- Final Exam
*Physical manuals can be purchased for an additional cost plus shipping.
