We are looking for an ambitious, self-motivated, superstar PT who loves seeing their patients get better and TRULY loves Physical Therapy.
Refresh Physical Therapy and Pilates (formally Orthopedic Physical Therapy Services and Refresh Pilates) is looking for a full-time AND a part-time PT. We are located in the southwest suburb of Homer Glen, IL.

We demonstrate our high quality of care to our patients through our 1-on-1 hour (or more) long appointments booked every 30-45 minutes, meaning you’ll never see more than 2 patients per hour.

The team consists of highly trained front desk staff, PTs, PTA, PT technicians, Pilates Instructors, and Massage Therapists that are organized, efficient, compassionate, and are family through and through.

Please apply if:
· You are a hands-on, evidence-based, manual therapist. Must be comfortable with Grade 5 mobs (or open to training). You must enjoy manual therapy!
· Seek hands-on continuing education and will teach the rest of the team what you learned. We are passionate about developing our PTs and we have ample mentorship (as well as opportunities for you to mentor, if you wish.)
· Are self-motivated, organized, caring, and communicate well.

· Enjoy working with cutting-edge, new equipment including: Class 4 Laser, ALL the Pilates Equipment (Reformers, Trapeze Tables, Chairs, Spine Correctors, Ladder Barrels, etc.), private treatment rooms, AlterG Anti-Gravity Treadmill, all the weights and kettlebells, hi-low tables, dry needling, etc.
· Value a positive culture that thrives on positivity vs. complaints and excuses

What you’ll be doing…
· Developing POC’s for orthopedic, chronic pain, and anything in between patients ranging from elementary-aged children to 99+ years old. We specialize in Pilates-based Physical Therapy. We also treat Pelvic Floor (Herman and Wallace trained), craniosacral therapy, vertigo and vestibular training, sports-rehab, TMJ and Headaches – these are just some of our specialties!
· Day-to-day you will be developing written plans of care and daily encounter notes utilizing our web-based EMR (Athena) in a timely fashion.
· Supervising the implementation of each plan of care, and coordinating treatment as a team with support staff and maintaining clinic metrics/stats for your individualized caseload. You are in charge of organizing your schedule.
· Documenting functional outcomes as required by our payors while remaining HIPAA and Medicare compliant.
· Participating in our internal marketing practices to help ensure the health of the clinic.
· Promote the clinic on a daily basis

We value continuing education and are more than happy to pay for courses required for you to grow as a clinician ($750 a year compensated).
We know how important it is to have the tools to do your job so we provide you with quality laptops, hi-low tables, modalities such as US, ES and Laser, home exercise program (paid Prescription to MedBridge). If you need it – we can get it for you.
We also value your home life and we’re flexible in building an accommodating schedule for your personal needs. We do ask that you can cover the night shift (closing) at least 1-2x a week.

A few other requirements & things you don’t need:
· Have a valid Illinois PT License
· We are looking for one full time PT and one part time PT
· You don’t need to have 20 years of experience, we like new-grads as well as seasoned vets, we mentor and train everyone.
