Job Description: As an Admissions Advisor at Polestar Pilates, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through the enrollment process and helping them understand the benefits and commitments of the Polestar Pilates training programs. You will play a key role in achieving our student enrollment targets and enhancing the overall customer experience. 
Key Responsibilities: 
– Conduct outreach to potential students via phone, email, and in-person meetings. 
– Provide detailed information and advice about Polestar Pilates programs, admission requirements, and the enrollment process. 
– Maintain a deep understanding of program offerings to effectively match prospective students with the right courses. 
– Managing and following up with leads to ensure high conversion rates. 
– Assist in organizing and participating in open house events, information sessions, and other promotional activities. 
– Ensure all interactions with prospects are logged and tracked in the CRM system. 
– Collaborate with the marketing team to refine recruitment strategies based on prospective student feedback and enrollment trends. 
– Meet and exceed personal and team admission targets. 
– Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field. 
– Proven experience in sales or customer service roles; experience in educational sales is a plus. 
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to persuade and influence others. 
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 
– Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office; experience with educational CRM platforms is preferred. 
– Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed. 
– Passion for Pilates and wellness. 
– Dynamic, friendly, and approachable personality. 
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. 
– Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. 
– Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
