The course is really thorough. Very interesting and I certainly feel that the knowledge I acquired made me really step up as a teacher. Lisa and Hagit and extremely knowledgeable and Hagit, in particular, has such effective teaching style. She’s clear and manages to make complex issues easy to understand. On the downside (hence four stars), such content dense course should really offer a printout or download. I feel that a good part of it will be lost in time as I cannot go back to it for consultation in the future. Every course I’ve taken has come with books or online access (download) to the material whereas this doesn’t and losing access will mean partly losing what I spent a long time learning but I might not use on a daily basis. My suggestion to Polestar is to review this and ensure students have the ability to consult the material they purchased on an ongoing basis.

I thought this course was very valuable, I loved being able to find something bridging treating scoliosis from PT/pilates blended approach. (5 star for clinical) BUT for the price, I wish it came with materials ie hard copy book, or at least copy of the powerpoints to aid in note taking. Also most ceu courses I have taken online you have lifetime access too and it does not expire. As access expires I feel as though there should be some resources available.

I recommend this class for all yoga and pilates instructors to better explain and assist our clients in group or individual classes. Correct posture is the basis of our classes and this course takes it to another level.

I learned a great deal from this course about current research, scoliosis, and other spine pathologies. I especially appreciated the case studies and videos applying Pilates assessment tools, principles of movement, and Pilates exercises to real clients and their movement needs. It was described as a two section course so I did not budget enough time for the surprise third section, which was my favorite. My only complaint was making the course layout more clear so no one misses that last part!
