• This course includes 3 hours of self-paced learning prior to the course (Gateway Pilates Online)
• The in-person course is 2 days at the USC Division of Biokinesiology and Physical Therapy

Polestar’s Transition series takes your previous Pilates teacher training to a deeper level. We honor your current training while giving you the tools to improve critical thinking, assessment, program design, and much more.

This is a week-long program with an observation day included for Pilates teachers who want to bridge their training with ours.
