The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Certified Pilates Instructor to join our team part-time, with the potential to grow into a full-time role. Whether you’re an experienced teacher or newly certified and eager to inspire, this is your chance to grow with a supportive, client-centered studio that values connection and excellence.
What You’ll Do
Lead safe, engaging, and personalized Pilates sessions, including private, semi-private, and group classes
Build meaningful connections with clients by offering thoughtful modifications and progressions
Collaborate with our team to maintain an exceptional studio culture and consistent instruction quality
Stay informed and inspired through ongoing education in Pilates, anatomy, and movement trends
Help foster a positive, inclusive, and empowering environment
Who You Are
Certified in Pilates (Equipment) through a reputable training program
Passionate about health, wellness, and helping others thrive
A strong communicator with excellent cueing and client relationship skills
Skilled at adapting sessions for a variety of abilities and experience levels
A true team player who enjoys working collaboratively
Minimum of 2 years’ experience teaching dynamic group reformer classes
Bonus Points For
Experience in a boutique studio or wellness-focused setting
Morning weekday availability
Background in physical therapy, dance, or movement science
Additional certifications such as Pre/Postnatal, Barre, TRX, Yoga, or specialty programs
