Course Summary

Joseph Pilates wrote that whole body health could be achieved through exercise, proper diet, sufficient sleep, good hygiene, plenty of sunshine and fresh air, and a balance in life of work, recreation and relaxation. Drawing from Joseph’s important work, POLESTAR®, has assembled 9 Life Essentials to measure how balanced our lives truly are.

The Polestar Experience is designed to introduce the exciting possibilities of viewing yourself in a new and vibrant paradigm of health and awareness. This experience will offer an environment conducive to healing, self-observation, personal discovery and experiential learning. It is an experience for the community, where we will come together and grow together, learning from each other.
