Running continues to be one of the leading and growing forms of recreational exercise. This also means there are an increasing number of stress injuries caused by improper form and unhealthy habits developed through faulty running mechanics. 

Polestar Running provides training skills that assess and enhance running performance so that more people may enjoy running for longer with less risk of injury. 

This course is built on Polestar Principles of Movement and its strong community of movement and rehabilitation professionals from around the world.

Polestar Running provides training skills that assess and enhance running performance so that more people may enjoy running for longer with less risk of injury. In this two-day, evidence-based training, the fundamental aspects of running safely and efficiently will be examined.  Each participant will take home an individually designed set of exercises to practice, developing a healthy running form.

Following basic training, exclusive access to information and research is available through a subscription to Polestar Running Professional, providing education tips, applications, evaluation tools and more.

Participants will:

  • Learn to identify commonly overlooked mistakes in running technique
