Optimizing the Infinity Footbar

Discover the full advantages of the Infinity Footbar on the Balanced Body® Reformer. Learn how changing the orientation of the footbar can shift the degree of assistance and resistance pertaining to the traditional repertoire of Pilates exercises, and how this can be used to facilitate or challenge movement for clients. Attention will be placed on closed and open chain exercises and their relation to the spring resistance at the foot. Experience 14 new exercises that can only be performed on the Infinity Bar.

Completion of a Pilates Reformer teacher training program from a Pilates Method Alliance approved school (such as Polestar Pilates Reformer, Polestar Pilates Studio and Polestar Pilates for Rehabilitation)
